Ordering By Telephone (Credit Card Only):

You may phone in your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Follow the instructions below for printing an order form. Have your order form and credit card ready. Our knowledgeable office staff will assist you during normal business hours,10 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time. After 5 PM, your orders will be handled by our automatic Telephone Order Acceptance System. NOTE: No C.O.D. orders, please.

Ordering By Fax Or Regular Mail:

The Roberts Company Secure Online Ordering System protects your credit card and personal information using the latest in encryption technology. However, if you feel more comfortable, you may submit your order by fax or regular mail.

ORDERING BY FAX:
1. Click the link on the front page of the web site that says, "Printable Order Form".

2. Fill out the order form with the item numbers you have selected. Be sure to include color, size & personalization where applicable. Figure out your shipping costs according to the chart on the printed order form. Please include your Credit card number, shipping and billing information, as well as telephone number and email in case there are any questions regarding your order.

3. Fax the printed order form to (508) 879-3735. Fax orders are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

ORDERING BY MAIL:
Enclose payment by check, money order, or credit card. Please do not send cash. Figure out your shipping costs according to the chart on the printed order form. Please include your shipping and billing information, as well as telephone number and email in case there are any questions regarding your order. Mail payment & printed order form to:

Payment Terms:


Credit Cards
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Your card will NOT be charged until your stock merchandise has been shipped. Customized items will be charged at the time of sale.

Personal Checks & Money Orders
Make your check or money order payable to "Roberts Company, Inc." Personal checks must be imprinted with name, street address (No P.O.Boxes) and daytime telephone number. Without the proper information, your order may be held up to 14 days for verification. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH!

Purchase Orders:

We accept Purchase Orders from City, County, State, or Federal agencies. Purchase orders will not be accepted without an authorized signature. Note: Minimum transaction total is $35.00 for a purchase order. If you are a Municipally funded department who has not ordered in the past, please contact Roberts Company Customer Service for an application form.

C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery):
Sorry, we do not accept C.0.D. orders.

Sales Tax:

Massachusetts residents will be charged a 6.25% sales tax on all purchases.

Canadian and International Orders:

Please pay by credit card. You will be charged actual shipping expense for your country. Shipping charges outside of the United States are based on the size & weight of your package at the time of shipment. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE IN US FUNDS BY CREDIT CARD ONLY.

Returns and Exchanges:

We offer an unconditional money-back guarantee on every product except personalized items. Products returned within 10 days after receipt of order will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Personalized orders with manufacturers' errors will be replaced at no extra charge.

Personalized Items:

Badges, name bars, service award pins, engraved awards and custom patches require additional production time. Refer to the item description for appropriate delivery times. All personalized orders must be received in writing.

Split Shipments:

If your order consists of both stock and personalized items, it is likely that your order will arrive in more than one package. International orders containing custom items will be held until all items are ready for shipment.

Avoid Delays:

Most order processing delays are due to missing or illegible information. Have you specified color, size, personalization, and engraving where requested?
