Customized Fire Department Patches
Let Us specially make your Engine, Ladder, or Hose Company patch! Our specially trained custom patch personnel can assist you in placing an order.
Design Guide:
1. Draw actual size and shape of patch desired.
2. Draw or trace inside design details.
3. Color your drawing. We will match color samples as closely as possible.
4. Avoid small lines of detail on small patches.
5. LETTERING CANNOT BE LESS THAN 1/4" HIGH.
OR:
6. If possible, submit a decal or sample emblem to copy. It will be returned if requested.
OR:
7. If possible, Send a scan of your custom patch artwork and ordering information to info@firecatalog.com. Please send high quality .jpeg files for best results.
To Determine size:
A. Patch size is figured by measuring width plus length and dividing by 2. for Example: A 3" x 5" patch converts to 3 +5 =8 /2 = 4.
B. Fractions of an inch are rounded to the nearest size. For Example, 5-1/4" rounds up to 5-1/2"
Additional Information:
1. For sizes over 5" please write, fax or email for a quotation.
2. Add 30% to prices shown for 100% Embroidery (total background embroidered).
3. Add $0.15 per patch for iron-on backing.
4. All materials used are colorfast.
5. Additional colors are $.10 per patch.
Prices are based upon patches not exceeding 6 colors. Prices are based on 50% embroidery coverage. Price may be adjusted accordingly.
